Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We do our best to ship purchased products as soon as possible. Usually items will be shipped in 1-5 business days. In some cases it can take up to a week. We usually don't keep items in stock and assemble all kits to fulfill each order. 

Our busiest season is December- February and during those months order fulfillment may take longer.

I JUST SUBSCRIBED. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST KIT?
We always ship between the 1-4 of each month depending on weekends and holidays. We usually shoot for the 1st. We ship by company and time you chose at checkout, usually USPS First Class. So if you subscribe at any time of the month, your first kit will ship out the 1st of the following month. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, all shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your address.

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
U.S. orders are sent via USPS. Almost all orders are sent using First Class Priority with a USPS Tracking number available.
