Monthly Subscriptions Information

HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP WORK?

  • Our monthly subscriptions provide you with automatic billing and shipment of each month's kit.
  • Kits ship between the 1st and the 4th of each month via USPS First Class, unless this date range falls on a weekend or holiday.
  • Cut off date is the last day of the month before we ship kits. Ex: You have from September 1st - 30th to sign up for October's kit that ships on October 1st. Any sign up after the first of October will receive November's kit. As long as supplies are in stock- it is possible depending on how many new sign-ups each month that kits can sell out.
  • Worthy Written Words will continue billing (on the 11th of every month) until the customer cancels. We will not charge you a renewal fee if you sign up before the 11th of the month. Meaning you won't be charged twice before ever receiving your first kit.
  • Cancel, pause, or skip anytime in your Manage Subscriptions portal in your account. Here is a desktop screenshot that shows you how to manage your subscription.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE BILLED?

We have two payment options: credit card or PayPal. Monthly kits are billed on the 11th of each month. Monthly Cultivate Kits will continue billing until customer cancels. 

WHAT IF I ORDER AFTER THE CUTOFF, BUT STILL WANT THE KIT?
We usually have extra kits after all subscriptions have been shipped. If that is the case, those will be available here on our site to purchase individually. It is possible that some supplies will be sold out.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is through USPS and calculates costs based on where you live.

CAN I SKIP A KIT?

Yes, you can choose this under your 'Manage Subscription' panel of your account.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

If for any reason you need to cancel your Auto Ship kits, you may do so in your 'Manage Subscriptions' panel within your shop account. Simply click 'Cancel' to cancel future billing.  

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged, please email aimee@worthywrittenwords.com within 10 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage and the outside packaging, if applicable. If the item(s) is available, we will send a replacement out to you immediately. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued to you.

WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT IS MISSING AN ITEM?

If you find your shipment is missing an item, please email aimee@worthywrittenwords.com. If the item(s) is available, we will send a replacement out to you immediately. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued to you. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. You can skip or cancel your subscription at anytime in your "Manage Subscriptions" portal.

 

I BOUGHT A SUBSCRIPTION AND OTHER ITEMS. WHEN WILL THEY ARRIVE?

We are so thrilled you are going to start creating with us regularly! If you purchased a subscription and other items all on the same order ticket, the non subscription items will ship within our regular shipping policy dates, which is usually between 1-5 business days.

 

CAN I GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION BOX?


Of course! That's so thoughtful of you! Be sure to purchase it separately if you have other physical items in your order so you can change the address to go to your friend's home instead of yours.
